Sian Gulliver

Senior Planner

Sian began working at Gladman in March 2014. Sian enjoys a breadth of tasks and responsibilities, including: the identification and appraisal of potential sites; the monitoring of the planning policy framework of a range of local planning authorities; the preparation of documents to support planning applications and appeals; and the submission of representations on planning policy.
Sian previously worked as a Planning Assistant for a retirement house-builder, which followed the completion of an MA in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Sheffield. These experiences, as well as informal work experience within both public and private sector planning, cemented Sian’s interests in residential development planning. She was elected as a chartered member of the RTPI in April 2016.
Outside work, Sian enjoys running, cooking, reading and exploring European cities.
