Senior Planner


Rob joined the land team at Gladman in August 2013 having graduated from the University of Sheffield with an undergraduate degree in Geography and Planning and a Masters in Town and Regional Planning. Rob’s role initially involved providing a critical analysis of housing land supplies, providing information on local authority’s planning policy position and identifying suitable locations for future residential development in and around the Midlands. He is now working and leading on residential development projects across the country from inception to appeal stage, including working with internal planners and a range of consultants to produce application submission material and planning appeal documents. Rob is also working on a number of C2 Extra Care planning applications for Adlington, which is part of the Gladman group.

Prior to joining Gladman, Rob gained planning and research experience whilst working for DPP LLP, Rochdale Boroughwide Housing and as a free-lance researcher for Arc4.

Rob has a range of out of work interests, mainly sports, including football, rugby league and darts.
