Peter joined the Gladman Project Management Team in January 2015 with a primary role in due diligence and site appraisal work bringing forward residential building land to outline planning approval through the managing of external consultant inputs, together with internal legal and technical teams.

With over 20 years’ experience, at a Senior Management level, in the design and planning function for major house builders Peter was involved in a large number of successful residential developments throughout the north west with both Wimpey Homes and Morris Homes North. Following a change in career direction in 2008, for 5 years Peter headed up the Energy and Sustainability Department of a large multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy practice where he provided reports and expert advice to small, medium and large scale social and private housing developers in achieving their Energy and Sustainability requirement, Code for Sustainable Homes and Building Regulation Part L1A compliance for over 40 residential developments.

Peter gained a BSc Honours Degree whilst studying Building Surveying at the De Montfort University in Leicester.

Socially he enjoys a number of sports and is still active in badminton, golf and the occasional game of tennis and family life with his partner and two teenage sons.
