Paul joined Gladman in January 2012 and undertakes research projects to develop company strategy, engages in public consultation exercises and assists with identifying, assessing and acquiring strategic land.
Following graduation from Manchester University in 2002 he worked in consultancy for Wardell Armstrong, providing planning and development advice for the housebuilding, industrial, leisure and renewable energy sectors. He moved to Harrow Estates in 2006 assessing development risk and providing planning advice and support on constrained previously developed sites, particularly in the north west, and subsequently promoted them through the planning process. He then returned to consultancy in Gloucestershire undertaking strategic residential promotions throughout the south west and had a run of successful planning applications and appeals on behalf of a diverse client-base.
Paul gained chartership to the Royal Town Planning Institute in 2008.
