Mike joined Gladman as Project Manager in June 2006 and has worked in a number of property sectors across the group including industrial, commercial, retirement accommodation and most recently strategic land.

Mike’s role includes site appraisal and due diligence works prior to acquisition, budgetary control of schemes and appointment and co-ordination of multi disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Mike has over 20 years’ industry experience, beginning his career as an architectural technician he went on to work within a number of contracting, consulting, local authority and RSL organisations and holds a BSc (Hons) degree in building maintenance and management.
