James Halsey

Land Acquisitions

James joined Gladman in January 2016 as a graduate researcher after graduating from Lancaster University with a BA Hons Geography. His role involved identifying new sites, monitoring the policy position of local authorities and work to assist with the submission of planning applications. James has since joined the land acquisitions team where he assists in completing deals with both landowners and agents.

He graduated from Lancaster University in 2015 with a BA Hons Geography. James took part in the Erasmus exchange programme, spending a term at Wageningen University in the Netherlands.

Outside of work James enjoys morris dancing, reading and travelling to warmer climates.
