Jack Murphy



Jack joined the Gladman team in July 2013. His current role involves the analysis and interpretation of planning policy documents in Local Planning Authorities across the country and assisting in the preparation of Planning Statements and supporting documents, monitoring the progress of various Local Development Frameworks across the country and details planning policy appraisals.

Jack studied Town Planning at the University of Liverpool, home to the oldest Planning school in the world, which has a strong focus on practical and project orientated work. He focused on numerous ‘live’ projects including handling planning applications, a pension fund investment project, urban design projects and working on several EIA reports. Jack has recently become a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Jack has a keen interest in world cinema and a passion for cooking and baking. He also has a strong interest in travel and experiencing different cultures.
