Ivor joined Gladman in May 2008. His role includes appraisal and due diligence of sites before acquisition, control of budgets and the appointment and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of strategic residential development schemes.
Previously, Ivor worked for as Project Director at Taylor Woodrow for over 10 years and Luton Borough Council and has a proven ability to deliver high quality sustainable housing communities from a strategic land portfolio. Sites of note include a 2,000 home scheme at Biggleswade, a 3,300 home scheme at Didcot, a 3,700 homes scheme in Greenwich Millennium Village and a mixed use scheme at the former RAF Quedgeley.
He holds a BSc and is a member of RICS.
