Holly joined Gladman in July 2013 as a Projects Assistant within the Land Team, where her role consisted of the monitoring of site progression and coordination of the external team involved in the site search process.

In July 2014, Holly began her new role as a Graduate Planner in the Project Teams, whilst studying part-time for her MSc in Planning at the University of Manchester.

As part of the Graduate Planner role, Holly gained experience in carrying out detailed site appraisals to ascertain the suitability of potential sites across the country for residential development. Holly has also developed her knowledge of the planning system by reviewing Development Plan policies and attending Local Plan examinations. Her main responsibilities have been focused upon supporting senior team members with the submission of residential planning applications and appeals.

Holly became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in August 2018. Her current role as a Planner involves working closely with the project team to provide general support and assistance through the preparation and determination of planning applications.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys taking part in local amateur theatre productions, watching musical theatre and walking in the countryside.
