Emma joined Gladman in August 2015 as a member of the Research Team after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a BSc (Hons) degree in Geography. Her initial role involved identifying sustainable locations for residential development, monitoring several Local Planning Authorities on their policy progress as well as monitoring planning appeal decisions. During her time as a Researcher, Emma also assisted the Project Teams and was involved in several projects and additional research tasks.

In October 2016 Emma joined the Land Team. She now assists the Land Buyers in appraising potential future sites brought by the site finding team, agents and landowners. Her role also involves attending meetings with landowners and land agents.

Outside of work Emma is a keen artistic gymnast. She is also a Level 1 General Gymnastics coach and a member of the British Gymnastics Medal Presentation Party. Emma also enjoys skiing, walking and generally being outdoors.
