Dan joined Gladman as a Special Projects Engineer in May 2018.  His role within the Special Projects team builds upon his background in Project Management and Consultancy to provide advice and assessment on the larger, more complex projects; this ranges across site selection, due diligence and redevelopment through to divestment. Dan will liaise with the Project Management teams on matters relating to the master planning and phasing, as well as the delivery of associated on site and off site infrastructure.

Dan is a Chartered Scientist with considerable experience in the brownfield redevelopment, contaminated land and remediation sectors.  He provides experience to an understanding of key contamination and geotechnical issues, remediation design and options appraisal, remediation verification, regulatory negotiation, Demolition supervision and  Contract Management.

Prior to joining Gladman, Dan worked at Harrow Estates plc, focusing on land acquisition and regeneration of complex brownfield sites. The sites Dan has helped to bring forward for residential and mixed uses included derelict paper mills, former sewage treatment works, food processing facilities, and most recently a former women’s prison.
