James joined Gladman in July 2016. Originally working in the Graduate Research team, he has since become an Assistant Project Manager. James’ role includes appointing and managing multi-disciplinary teams of external consultants, legal professionals and technical engineers to progress planning submissions towards planning approval.
James holds a BA degree in Human Geography from The University of Liverpool. Prior to joining Gladman he undertook several research projects as part of his degree looking into the legacies of sport-led regeneration developments.
James enjoys travelling, football, spending time with his family and is a lifelong Crewe Alexandra supporter.
