Project Manager

Charlotte joined the Strategic Land Team in January 2013 to commence training as a Project Manager where she started off assisting other Project Managers with promotion of Strategic Land Sites and manages her own.  Her role comprises of liaising with Land Owners, carrying out site and due diligence appraisals, appointing and managing a multi-disciplinary team of external consultants, in-house Legal and Technical teams to ensure Planning Applications and Appeals are submitted through the Planning System accurately and in accordance with the Promotion Agreement.  Prior to this, in February 2012 Charlotte joined Gladman as an Administrative Assistant, where she was involved in putting together documentation for Planning Applications and Appeals, alongside general admin duties for the Strategic Land Team, as well as spending some time helping out the Secretary within the Legal Department.

Prior to working for Gladman, Charlotte worked for a firm of solicitors as a Legal Secretary in Conveyancing.

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys trips to the Theatre, Afternoon Tea, walks with her Golden Retriever and spending time with her friends and family.
