Benjamin Flenley

Assistant Project Manager

Benjamin joined Gladman back in November 2016 as a graduate, finding and undertaking appraisals for sustainable development sites. Since making the move to Project Management, Benjamin’s role involves appointing and managing multi-disciplinary teams of external consultants, legal professionals and technical engineers to progress land towards planning approval.

Benjamin holds a first class honours degree in Human Geography from Lancaster University, which included a term of Land Use Planning in the Netherlands. During this time, Benjamin undertook his dissertation research, investigating the contrasting roles of cultural heritage in urban regeneration in Amsterdam and his home town Liverpool.

In March 2018 Benjamin joined Gladman’s Special Projects Team, focusing on the management and delivery of new settlements, mixed use and brownfield schemes.

Outside of the office, Benjamin tries to put his height to advantage in tennis, football and basketball. He is a long-suffering Evertonian.
