Andy joined Gladman in November 2016 as a Graduate Researcher, having previously worked as a Technical Advisor for Natural England. He began life at Gladman as a Graduate Geography Researcher, where his main role was identifying potential sites for future development. This role also gave him the opportunity to support planning teams on various projects including the preparation of planning applications. More recently Andy joined the land acquisitions team as a Graduate Land Planner, which involves appraising sites which have come into the company, and evaluating their development potential.
Andy graduated from the Bangor University in 2016 with a BSc (Hons) in Geography. Studying at Bangor gave Andy the opportunity to get out and do plenty of hiking, coasteering, mountain biking and generally enjoy the outdoors in and around Snowdonia and Anglesey.
Outside of work, Andy plays football regularly and enjoys watching it too, he supports Manchester United but has recently rediscovered his love for Crewe Alexandra. Andy also loves spending time outdoors – especially with his two dogs, Musket and Alfie. He also enjoys most sports such as squash, tennis and sea-fishing.
