Andrew Gardiner

Land Consultant


Andrew has been working alongside Gladman’s Land Team since October 2013, assisting with sourcing and securing strategic residential development opportunities, primarily across Central Southern England.

After reading Land Economy at the University of Aberdeen, Andrew joined Savills as a Land Agent in 1994, firstly as a member of the Rural Land Management team in Banbury, Oxfordshire, before becoming the Resident Land Agent on a private landed estate in Hertfordshire. In 2001 he completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Cranfield University, before establishing his own business as a small-scale speculative housebuilder operating in West Berkshire and surrounding areas. Andrew has also undertaken a number of bespoke new-build residential projects for private clients, as well as offering project & property management services, and planning & development consultancy advice. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England.

Andrew has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1997, a Member of the Chartered Management Institute since 2001 and is also involved with the Country Land & Business Association.

Away from work, Andrew is a regular squash player and, when time and three young children permit, also enjoys tennis, golf, shooting, fishing and telemark skiing.
